Hamlet Waterford Greene
Home

Thank you for visiting the virtual home of Waterford Greene/The Hamlet located in Limerick Township, western Montgomery County, Pennsylvania.

The Hamlet was created in 1993 by the builder The Rosen Organization.  The second phase created in 1996 by a new builder, Heritage Building Group lent our community the second name of Waterford Greene. Waterford Greene features a versatile mix of Town Homes, Carriage Homes (aka Condos) and Single Family Homes.

Nestled between two golf courses, residents have recreation in their own back yard. Two tennis courts and a fully equipped Tot lot are also community highlights.
Our beautiful Clubhouse is offered to residents as a rental for any event they require extra entertaining space.

Police are investigating two thefts of autos and numerous thefts from auto that took place in the Linfield Farms section of the Twp overnight. One of the stolen vehicles was recovered near-by. Both vehicles were unlocked and had the keys in them. All of the entered vehicles had been left unlock.
These incidents can be easily prevented by simply locking your car. That being said, don't be embarrassed to report a theft if you forgot and are victimized, we may a suspect or recovered property.

Police are investigating the break-in of an occupied home on St. Andrews Blvd during the overnight hours. The resident was awakened by suspicious noises at approx 1 AM but went back to sleep. She awoke around 4 AM to find a male standing ...in her bedroom. The male fled when she yelled at him. He could only be described as tall and trim wearing dark clothes.
Investigation revealed the male used a rock to break out a window to enter the home. Upper & Lower Pottsgrove had similar incidents earlier but police were called when the residents heard breaking glass. Residents are urged to call 911 to report suspicious noises or activity
